Reiki(靈氣)一詞來自日文,是一種來自日本的能量治療形式,其意義是「宇宙生命的能量」。靈氣就是作用並存在於萬物中的能量,蘊含身體與生俱來恢復健康的力量,可以療化身心。
Reiki is a term derived from Japanese meaning "universal life energy" — a form of energy healing from Japan. Reiki refers to the energy that acts upon and exists within all things, containing the innate power of the body to restore health and heal both the mind and body.
靈氣的基本理念是透過專門訓練的治療師的手,將宇宙的生命能量傳遞給接受治療的人,以促進身心的自我療愈和平衡。雖並不能取代正統醫學,但卻是強而有力的輔助,可以減輕或消除在醫療過程中所產生的副作用及身心上的不適。
The basic principle of Reiki is that trained practitioners channel universal life energy through their hands to the recipient, promoting self-healing and balance of the body and mind. Although Reiki healing cannot replace conventional medicine, it is a powerful complementary therapy that can alleviate side effects and discomforts experienced during medical treatments.

靈氣除了補充天數長短帶來的效果強弱區別以外,還有一部分特別可控且重要的因素,就是自身對待靈氣的態度。
Besides the differences in effectiveness brought about by session duration, one's own attitude towards Reiki is another particularly controllable and important factor.
部分人雖然接收了靈氣,但整天焦慮惶恐、擔心願望能否成功,自身負能量不停地抵消靈氣,靈氣就無法發揮最大效果。相反,如果你開開心心地接受靈氣、相信靈氣,並且配合靈氣等待奇跡的發生,那麼願望也能更快實現。
Some individuals, despite receiving Reiki, remain anxious all day worrying about outcomes — their negative energy continuously counteracts the Reiki. On the other hand, if you accept Reiki with joy and trust, and cooperate with it while waiting for transformation to happen, results come more readily.

1準備 Preparation
確保處於舒適安靜的空間,療愈期間盡量無人打擾。舒適地坐或躺,閉上眼睛,深呼吸幾口來集中注意力。我們會發送對應的靈氣音樂列表作背景音樂。
Ensure you are in a comfortable, quiet space. Sit or lie down in a relaxed position, close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. We'll send a Reiki music playlist if you'd like background music. -
2設定意圖 Setting the Intention
準備好後內心默念啟動語/祈請詞,我們會在療愈之前發給您。
Silently state your intention to receive Reiki. We will send you the activation words before the session begins. -
3肯定和釋放 Affirmation & Release
如果你認為自己有任何負面的想法或信念,使用我們提供的肯定語句來釋放它們,內心默念即可。
If you encounter any negative thoughts or beliefs, use the affirmations we provide to release them — silently is fine. -
4接受療愈 Receiving the Healing
當您準備好後告訴我,我將開始傳送靈氣能量。只需放鬆並敞開心扉接受。您可能會感受到溫暖、清涼感或平靜感。在療愈期間如不小心睡著,屬於正常現象。
Let me know when you're ready and I'll begin sending Reiki energy. Simply relax and be open. You may feel warmth, tingling or a sense of calm. Feeling drowsy or falling asleep during the session is completely normal. -
5持續時間 Duration
每次療愈通常持續約 20 分鐘。在這段時間內,專注於您的呼吸,放鬆身體的任何緊張感,衷心相信能量正在為您的最高利益而工作。
Sessions usually last around 20 minutes. Focus on your breath, release any tension, and trust that the energy is working for your highest good. -
6結束後 Post-Session
療愈結束後,花一些時間慢慢回到正常的意識狀態。療愈後請多喝溫水,幫助有效清理負面能量,加強能量的吸收。
Take a few moments to slowly return to awareness. Drink plenty of warm water to help clear negative energy and enhance absorption. -
7反饋 Feedback
與我們分享您在療愈會話期間的任何感覺、感受或經歷。這些反饋對未來的療愈非常有價值。
Share any sensations, feelings or experiences from the session with us. Your feedback is valuable for future healing sessions.
